The terms governing your use of Utah Revenue Radar's website and services — including your A2P SMS rights and data protections.

By accessing utahrevenueradar.com or using any services provided by Utah Revenue Radar (a division of Wasatch Equity Group, LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

By accessing the website at utahrevenueradar.com (the "Site") or using the services provided by Utah Revenue Radar (a division of Wasatch Equity Group, LLC) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Section 02 · A2P Compliance

SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

Utah Revenue Radar operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) mobile messaging program to provide business revenue audits, lead magnet delivery, and appointment reminders.

  • User Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) from Utah Revenue Radar. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue audit results, service updates, and scheduling reminders.
  • One-to-One Consent: Your consent applies specifically and only to Utah Revenue Radar. We do not use "blanket consent" for third-party marketing partners.
  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our phone number. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
  • Help Instructions: For help or more information, text HELP to our phone number or email [email protected].
  • Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our audit tools. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Sharing (Carrier Mandatory)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Section 04

Platform Usage & Restrictions

  • Service Delivery: Utah Revenue Radar provides access to a proprietary revenue-optimization platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
  • No Unlawful Use: You agree not to use the Service to send any "SHAFT" content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) or any content that is unlawful, harassing, or deceptive.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utah Revenue Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.
